About Our Sick Child Daycare
Huggs and Kisses Sick Child Care is a daycare service in the heart of downtown Birmingham specifically designed for children ages six weeks to 15 years of age that provides a vital solution for parents facing the dilemma of a sick or special needs child. Parents no longer have to make a choice between work and nursing their most precious gift back to health. Pre-register your child before your child becomes ill and is in need of sick child care services. Huggs & Kisses is here to help.

What You Need to do to
Get Pre-registered
Updated Immunization Form
All children must have an updated immunization form before they can be admitted to the center for sick child care.
We do not admit children who do not have an updated immunization form or have an immunization exemption.
We do not admit children who have been diagnosed with Covid19.
Call For Reservation and Pricing
Space is available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration forms need to be completed and reviewed by our staff and your child must be pre-screened physically before he or she can be accepted for care. Forms can also be emailed to you for your convenience. Leave a message anytime after hours and we will return your call the following morning.

Childcare Nutritional
Food Plan
We Do Not prepare meals because of the dietary differences associated with each child and their illness. You are required to bring adequate food for the entire day (breakfast, lunch, snack, juice, formula, etc.)
You Can Count On Us
We will report any significant change in your child's condition during the day. Prescription Medication will only be given by parental instructions. Your child will be released only to properly authorized and identified parents or guardians. We do reserve the right to refuse any sick child whose medical condition is risky or severely contaigious.
Convienient Location and Hours
Located in the Northern part of Birmingham's Downtown Business District, Huggs & Kisses serves major corporations and numerous other businesses. We're so easy to find you'll probably be able to visit your child during your lunch hour.
Our schedule is planned for you as a working parent. Huggs & Kisses opens at 6:30am and closes at 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. A Late Fee Will Be Charged After Closing.
